As a true Alsatian, Claudine not only oves human contact, music but also travelling and is looking forward to welcoming you at the Mas des Cigognes.
She will be happy to communicate with you in French, German, English and even Italian if you don't speak too fast!
MANU
Manu fell in love with th French cuisine when he was a child, then he became a chef cook. Trained in gastronomic cooking, he continued his professional career in Switzerland in various restaurants.
For a long time, he was head chef in a Basel theater, where he put his skills to good usage in gourmet food and culture. He will cook for you delicious and original dishes to delight your taste buds.
